How does it work?
Our certified virtual nutritionists will meet with you online or via phone, allowing you to take the necessary steps toward a healthy lifestyle, from the comfort of your own home. This also allows our nutrition specialists to see the food and layout of your kitchen! Please note that if you are located in or near Scottsdale, AZ, we can also travel to your home to perform your consultation. During your initial one hour consultation with one of our certified virtual nutritionists, we will:

- Get to Know More About You and Your Dietary Restrictions
- Examine Your Current Eating Habits
- Identify Opportunities for Improvement in Your Diet
Following this call, we will provide a full meal plan specifically designed for your goals and your body.
Next, we will schedule recurring follow-up meetings with your virtual nutritionist to ensure you're staying on track toward meeting your goals, and this will also be a time when you can ask additional questions about your daily dietary plan. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions like, "should I avoid carbs/fats?" or "what supplements should I take?" and more. The frequency and duration of these follow-up meetings will vary based on goal complexity and personal preferences.
How will I know it is working?
Perhaps even more than exercise, clients often tell us how much better they FEEL after starting a proper nutrition plan. You can expect to start feeling the positive effects of an improved nutrition plan within days of beginning. However, since we are obsessed with providing measurable results for our clients, we also recommend utilizing our 3D body imaging service to monitor your progress physical progress each month.
How much does an online nutritionist cost?
The initial consultation for our virtual nutrition services is $99, which includes a fully designed meal program. For follow-up sessions, we bill at a rate of $99/hr (or $50 for a 30-minute session), and we strongly recommend at least a couple additional sessions, even for the most basic meal plans, to allow for questions, as well as any necessary adjustments.
