
Strength Training
Strength Training can initially sound vague, so let’s add clarity. Strength training is specifically related to the ability of your muscular, cardiovascular, and central nervous systems to work in ever increasing efficiency and power. A few lesser known facts about strength training: it has been scientifically linked to directly improve testosterone levels, libido, human growth hormone production, stress reduction (ie. belly/mid-section fat) and overall sleep patterns.
Now that we’ve laid down a few parameters what are your goals? Strength and endurance, energy, hypertrophy, power, re-composition?
In your initial evaluation we will do a highly detailed 3D body scan that measures muscle mass percent body fat for every major muscle group and area of your body. Monthly scans thereafter will track all of progress you make while working with your Mobile Trainer. Every fitness goal must have a strength component, that’s tailored to them, woven into the program. Mobile Trainers dials in the exact amount of that component to make sure your goals are realized as efficiently as possible.
