How experienced are your personal trainers?
Our staff is comprised of what is often referred to as elite-level personal trainers. This means they are going to have 5+ years of experience and/or a degree in the field. It’s worth noting that these trainers are all hand picked by our Training Director, who accepts less than 1% of applicants.
What types of fitness goals can you help me achieve?
We will assist you with weight loss, strength training, corrective exercise, senior fitness, youth training, sports-specific training, flexibility, cardio, postpartum weight loss, core strength, and more!
Do you offer any trial sessions or initial assessments?
Yes, we offer a free consultation to assess your goals and fitness level. Also, you can request a full refund if you aren’t satisfied after the first session with your trainer.
What if my spouse or a friend wants to train with me?
We offer couples training and small group training as well as individual! As you might imagine, it is more economical per person to train together, and this is a request we get very often.
How often will I be Training?
The recommended amount of training will depend on your goals, and that recommendation doesn’t change based on your budget. Typically, we recommend training with your trainer 2-3 times per week and doing a couple additional sessions on your own.

How much does Mobile Trainers charge?
Our sessions range from $75 - $119 per session, which varies based on the duration of the session and the quantity purchased.
Are there any additional costs or fees?
At Mobile Trainers, we aim to provide transparent and straightforward pricing for personal trainers in Phoenix with no surprises. So, all costs will be clearly outlined during the initial consultation, with no hidden or additional fees. For example, there are no taxes, additional fees for training, etc.
Do you offer nutrition services as well?
We do! We have a registered dietitian on staff as well that can help you get proper nutrition to support your training and goals. You can learn more about it by visiting our Nutrition Page, and be sure to ask about our nutrition program options during your free consultation!
Can I choose which trainer I want to work with?
Absolutely! You can make requests based on a trainers’ resume and/or their gender (check out our Male Trainer and Female Trainer options in your city).
Typically, during the free consultation, we will make a trainer recommendation based on your goals, preferences, and schedule. It’s worth noting that you can also change to a different trainer at any point in your fitness journey with us.
What equipment do I need for in-home training sessions?
You don't need to worry about equipment for in-home training sessions. Our trainers bring everything required for the workout, including weights, resistance bands, mats, and any other equipment that will support your specific goals/needs.
Where will We Do the Workout?
At your home, apartment gym, or even a nearby park. Workouts can be performed indoors or outdoors, whichever you prefer. In fact, we pride ourselves in being able to deliver epic workouts in as small as a 10’ X 10’ area!
