    Kiefer (Phoenix)

    Male

    Kiefer is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and holds a B.S. in Business Management from Providence College. He has over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry and holds additional certifications with USA Weightlifting, The National Academy of Sports Medicine, and Peak U Pilates.

    He is a former Division 1 Lacrosse Player who also obtained his first career position as a NCAA Strength and Conditioning Coach for his Alma Mater. While maintaining a specialization in strength and conditioning, Kiefer transitioned to personal and large group training at Equinox Health Clubs in both the New York City and Washington D.C. markets and later Life Time Fitness in Scottsdale where he headed the company signature strength and conditioning program, Alpha™.

    He has worked with a wide range of clientele from professional, collegiate, and high school athletes to business executives, doctors, and philanthropists. He has also dedicated a significant amount of his time helping a plethora of clients recover from high level injuries and various body conditions.

    Kiefer’s training style is very similar to reverse engineering. He wants clients to feel empowered in their own personal process and autonomous with the outcome. More than anything, Kiefer treats the entire body and prides his work on being multi faceted in approach.

    He is so dedicated to helping others that he even took a service trip to Uganda, Africa to train the continent’s first national lacrosse team as recognized by the Federation of International Lacrosse.

    Ron (Phoenix)

    Ron is a NASM certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist with over 4 years experience. Coming from a family with a history of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, his health and fitness journey was born. In his mid- twenties, he became a competitive bodybuilder and moved onto being a competitive cyclist. He enjoys working out, cycling, and living a healthy lifestyle.

    He believes exercise, nutrition, and mental health all work together for the success of the individual and all need to be considered for overall health improvement. He feels one of the most important attributes as a trainer is helping everyone learn proper health and fitness techniques and how to incorporate exercise into their daily lives in a fun and healthy way so they can experience and enjoy the life and activities they want.

    All ages have been able to benefit from Ron’s expertise with a wide range of goals including: post physical therapy/recovery; muscle imbalances through corrective exercise and flexibility/mobility.

    Pearce (Phoenix)

    Pearce’s passion for fitness began as he overcame his own obstacles of once being overweight as a teen. This kickstarted his intrigue of fitness and nutrition. He’s always considered himself to be a jack of all trades, possessing knowledge of specialty training including: kettlebells, corrective exercises, injury prevention and rehab training, strength, muscle building and weight loss. Pearce’s love for fitness doesn’t stop there, as he’s a sports nut, and his favorite sports to play are basketball, football, and soccer. Basketball is his favorite, as he’s always prided myself on having one of the smoothest jumpshots on the court.

    In his free time, Pearce enjoys staying active hiking, swimming, cycling. He also enjoys cooking, as he believes proper nutrition plays a vital role in life. In fact, one of Pearce’s mantras is, If you can’t read the ingredient on the label, don’t buy it!

    Taylor (Phoenix)

    With nearly a decade of dedicated experience in the fitness industry, Taylor stands as a seasoned fitness professional committed to transforming lives through exercise. Holding dual certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT), he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every training session.

    What truly defines his approach to fitness is the love and enthusiasm he brings to every session. He doesn’t just train clients; he inspires them. The joy Taylor derives from helping individuals reach their fitness aspirations is evident in every minute of his work. With Taylor as your guide, you’re not just investing in a personal trainer; you’re investing in a lifelong commitment to health and wellness.

    Max (Phoenix)

    Max recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Sports Science & Performance Programming (SSPP). Max is proficient at teaching all components of the athletic spectrum including: strength, endurance, mobility, coordination, agility, speed, nutrition, mentality, and most importantly safety.

    Max also has experience playing a variety of sports: football, soccer, basketball, powerlifting, track & field, baseball, and skateboarding. He is currently switching from competing in powerlifting to competing in CrossFit. As a competitive athlete himself, Max is always looking to learn new things to maximize his athletic potential. In turn, this helps him be a better coach by trying things on himself first to gain a better understanding of how it might be able to help other people depending on the goals that they have for themselves. Max has worked with people of all ages & backgrounds.

    In his free time Max enjoys hiking, spending time with his loved ones, training, cooking, and learning. Max especially focuses on proper technique, injury prevention, and recovery within his training philosophy. Additionally, Max’s father is a Chiropractor who runs his practice via an in-home office so Max has spent a large portion of his life learning about holistic health practices. Max is very grateful that you are trusting him to help guide you along the way to achieving your goals.

    Brendan (Phoenix)

    Brendan is ISSA and NCCPT certified. With over 17 years in the fitness industry, he has worked with all types of clientele ranging from age 7 years old to 90. He specializes in corrective exercises, injury prevention, injury rehab, sports training, weight loss, muscle gain and overall health and fitness. His passion for fitness has led him on his own journey through natural bodybuilding. Powerlifting, distance cycling, and martial arts like muay thai, boxing, and judo. He uses all his knowledge and expertise to deliver fun, effective and exciting workouts to his clients that will always have them coming back for more.

    Holton (Phoenix)

    Holton is a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in strength training. He has a passion for helping clients become more confident in themselves and in the weight room. New to Phoenix from Colorado, Holton likes to spend his time hiking and taking his dog Griffin to the dog park. He also enjoys cooking healthy meals that help him maintain his lifestyle as a competitive powerlifter.

    He enjoys focusing on using correct body mechanics and increasing mobility while still creating a fun and challenging workout. Holton is a Precision Nutrition certified nutritionist which he utilizes to educate clients on how to make healthy choices in their life. He has experience with a variety of clients ranging from all ages. Looking forward to helping future clients reach their fitness goals!

    Steven (Phoenix)

    Steven graduated with his bachelors degree in exercise science from University of Southern Indiana, where he also played four years of club Rugby. He tries to live by the four components of rugby; move forward, support, apply pressure, and continuity. Under these four values we can accomplish many of our life goals.

    Recently moved from Indiana. Steven has been training since college graduation but has been involved in sports since he could run. He is a ACSM personal trainer certified, and he specializes in proper movement technique (biomechanics), performance preparation and muscle utilization, and post-workout recovery. Steven implements strength, aerobic, balance, coordination, and mobility into all of his workouts. He’s worked with numerous ages.

    He is always seeking to expand his knowledge of health and wellness. His focus is on helping his clients perform in sports, the gym, and improving how they feel during activities of daily living.

    Steven is married with two dogs and our tortoise. He enjoys traveling, sports, comedy, and music. Most importantly, he looks forward to working with you!

    Nelson (Dallas)

    Nelson has an overwhelming affinity for Fitness and nutrition, holding a BS in Nutritional Sciences, and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He lives by the principle that each day is an opportunity to become a better version of yourself, and not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

    With over 12 years experience in resistance training, and an athlete at heart, he is highly skilled in gaining muscle mass and sports performance. Also, having dealt with sports injuries (knee,hip,ankle) and nutritional deficiencies throughout his youth, he is talented in helping overcome injuries, and weak points in the body.

    As a natural bodybuilder and expertise in nutrition makes him proficient in body-fat reduction and weight loss/gain in a sustainable way. Having worked with all ages, he practices training for longevity, along with symmetry and balance.

    Nelson’s favorite sport is volleyball because of his high vertical leap and plays both sand volleyball and middle blocker in indoor volleyball.

    Gage (Dallas)

    Gage has loved fitness since high school, where he did traditional bodybuilding training and a variety of sports! After high school, he joined the Navy and pursued becoming a rescue swimmer as a result he changed my training to include much more swimming, running, and bodyweight training! While in the navy, he was introduced to Crossfit and was instantly hooked! He trained Crossfit throughout his 4 years in the navy became a certified coach when he left the navy in 2016. As a crossfit coach, he has taught functional fitness classes, kids classes, gymnastics seminars, aerobic capacity seminars, olympic weightlifting classes and personal training clients. In addition, Gage also has a degree in exercise science.

    Nathan (Dallas)

    Nathan’s fitness journey started in high school. He was an elite athlete and went on to play football in college. He’s a very competitive person, and after college sports, he raced on an amateur cycling team for a few seasons. These experiences gave Nathan a broad scope when it comes to specialties. He chose to be a trainer because he works best through others. His personal purpose is cultivating lasting relationships that help the individuals he meets realize and seize their potential. Nathan just moved to Texas from Colorado about a month ago so he’s still exploring the area! He looks forward to partnering with you on your fitness journey!

    Christian (Dallas)

    Personal Trainer for 6 years has trained over 1000 in-person clients. Helped many shapes, sizes, and age range. Christian specializes in weight loss and muscle gain. He is looking for clients who are dedicated to not only making a temporary change but changing their life forever!

    When Christian trains clients, he aims to teach them the fundamentals of fitness before anything else. Longevity and health are the two most important aspects of fitness for him. He believes that a strong, functional body will help anybody achieve any goal in life, fitness or non-fitness related.

    Christian personally loves doing calisthenics and wrestling as his form of exercise. He currently competes in Sumo Wrestling and does multiple tournaments across the USA. He also used to hold two world records for weighted chin ups, the most chin ups done in one minute with a 100lbs and 40lbs backpack. Currently training the break the record for, most chin ups done with body weight added!

    Bill (Dallas)

    Previously, a Physical Therapist, Bill has advanced knowledge in Corrective Exercise and Rehabilitation, Weight Loss, Performance Enhancement as well as Fitness Nutrition.

    Bill trains all sorts of clients and will focus on the goals of those training, effectively teaching how to exercise without injury or overload.

    With an emphasis on proper balance, joint function, and alignment, Bill assures each client learns that technique and proper exercise choices are needed for health and fitness and teaches his clients how to become more efficient with their time, diet, and fitness routine.

    Bill has trained athletes, long-term weight loss clients, those status-post surgery as well as elderly people; all with progressive results since 2005.

    David (Dallas)

    David was born and adopted in Romania. He began Gymnastics at the age of 5 and competed in gymnastics for 18 years with also coaching the sport for 2 years. Being in gymnastics for 18 years he specialized in muscular development and calisthenics.

    David has been a personal trainer for almost 4 years and has experience training with all ages from 12 years of age all the way to 60 years of age. His Specialties with fitness are Weight loss, Muscle building and calisthenics. David has great passion for fitness and helping others!

    Keinny (Miami)

    Keinny’s goal is to help you be the best version of yourself. He wants you to live the best quality of life you can through your fitness. From carrying your groceries inside your house to being a competitive athlete, Keinny wants you to do it BETTER. Fitness isn’t just a part of life it IS life. Our biggest asset is our health. He hae seen the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and what investing in your fitness does for you, with all his clients, friends and family members, of whom he has had the pleasure of inspiring and encouraging. Keinny loves combining science-based methods with heartfelt passion. Exercise isn’t his passion, his passion is to make stronger, healthier and more confident individuals through training.

    Stephanie loves to be active, and in her spare time cycles, runs and takes CrossFit classes.

    Mike (Miami)

    Michael has been involved in health and fitness for over 45 years. Starting in the mid-1970’s with plastic coated concrete weights, and your local YMCA, through the Nautilus craze of the late 70’s and 80’s, up until today’s modern gyms, there is not much he has not seen. We all started out training at home, and now it has come full circle. He has a full knowledge of nutrition, supplements, and training techniques that can be used to accomplish whatever your goals may be. Whether training at your home gym, local gym or with just body weight there is a plan that will work for you.

    In his spare time he likes martial arts training, bass fishing, hiking, cycling, grilling and anything else that will get him outside.

    Joey (Austin)

    oey is a passionate & energetic trainer currently living in Austin, TX. He’s a 7-time marathoner that loves to stay active! He trains clients of all ages, skill-levels, and stages of life (including pregnancy and postpartum). Most notably, Joey specializes in fat-loss, muscle development, and mobility.

    Joey launched his training career in 2016 after receiving his certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola University in Exercise Science. He then started training at various different gyms throughout the years; most notably Equinox, LA Fitness and Lifetime. The exposure to large-scale gyms has allowed Joey to train over thousands of clients and learn from many different trainers in the industry. He then spent time in group fitness and even briefly worked for Nike as a running coach! Joey believes in a balance of hard work and fun during his training sessions.

    His training philosophy has always been centered around consistency, not perfection. He is dedicated to making fitness a healthy, long-term relationship centered on accountability and trust. If you’re new to lifting, overcoming an injury, or just coming back from a long gym hiatus; he can help you get back to feeling strong and moving better than ever.     Amy has over 10 years of experience in fitness and nutrition. She enjoys training people one-on-one, in small group training, and through group fitness instructing. Amy loves to show her clients that exercise can be fun and a great way to reduce stress. She believes the right balance of exercise and nutrition, along with warming up, stretching, and rest can help them create a lifestyle to create the best quality of life possible. She will show you that consistency is KEY! She will push you toward your goals while doing it safely and remaining injury-free while keeping you motivated along the way. Her motto is-“You only have ONE body, so investing in yourself is the BEST gift you can give yourself or a loved one or BOTH!”

    Vik (Phoenix)

    Vik is a personal trainer for Mobile Trainers in the Phoenix area. She played soccer at the collegiate level and enjoys coaching soccer to this day. She has been a personal trainer for over 2 years, is ACE certified, and possesses a NASM Corrective Exercise certification. Beyond her deep knowledge in general personal training, she also has extensive knowledge of spinning, stick mobility, animal flow, and Dotfit nutrition. Vik has trained clients of all ages and has helped them with a wide range of goals including: muscle gain, strength training, weight loss, muscle imbalances through corrective exercise, and more. She loves health and fitness and she believes exercise is both fun and vital to enhancing one’s quality of life

    Michaela (Phoenix)

    Michaela grew up in Chicago and has a huge passion for overall wellness and movement of all different kinds! Her personal exercise favorites are weight lifting and mobility training but she also loves being outdoors hiking, spending time at the lake, etc. She hold a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in nutrition and received her Certified Personal Trainer certificate through NASM. Michaela participated in EXOS’s performance internship this past spring and in the process of studying for their XPS exam in addition to the NSCA CSCS exam. She have experience training clients of all ages helping to achieve goals including muscle gain and strength training, weight loss, athletic enhancement, improving mobility and flexibility, nutritional support, and more. Her goal is to help improve quality of life through enjoyable movement!

    Madison (Phoenix)

    Madison is a former D1 beach volleyball player. She graduated from GCU with her bachelors in Exercise Science and a minor in pre-med. She is extremely passionate about health and wellness and am a firm believer that it all begins from the inside out. She is a certified personal trainer with ISSA and has extensive experience with both one-on-one training & group training.

    Her specialization is in sports performance, but she also loves helping clients with weight loss, corrective exercise, functional movements, and prenatal/post-partum. She has personally struggled through many injuries, undergone surgeries, and done lots of physical therapy, so she also has a deep passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Her personal fitness passions include weight lifting and HIIT workouts!

    Natalie was born and raised in Arizona and loves to weight train, off-road, and go on outdoor adventures. She grew up as a competitive gymnast which lead her to get her bachelor’s degree at ASU in Exercise Science and Nutrition. Natalie trains the general population with an emphasis on athletes. She received her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification and helps athletes with injury prevention and exercises that mirror their sport. She also has experience with training people for weight loss, weight gain, bikini competitions, and pre/post partum. Natalie loves to help people find the style of training that they enjoy and can turn into a sustainable lifestyle!

    Sydney (Phoenix)

    Sydney grew up here in Phoenix and is a former college volleyball player and current volleyball coach. Outside of her valuable experience with training all ages for weight loss, injury correction, and performance, she is also very passionate about helping younger athletes become the best versions of themselves! From working with competitive athletes to body builders, she can ensure you get to your goals safely and efficiently. And if you do have the inclination, she instructs country line and swing dancing classes here in Phoenix!

    Kylie (Phoenix)

    Kylie has 7 years of experience in group fitness and 6 years in personal training. She enjoys helping others move better and feel better with an emphasis on corrective (postural) exercise, mind/body connection, assisted recovery modalities, and injury prevention. She loves to bring her energy and fun into creation through movement and exercise in 1:1 session and partner training. She enjoys providing her undivided attention in her sessions to provide her clients with proper cues and intentional movement. Her goal is to move her clients with purpose!

    Athena (Phoenix)

    Athena has been in the field of exercise and wellness for over 20 years. She holds a master’s degree in exercise science, wellness, and nutrition, NASM corrective exercise specialist, and is a certified wellness practitioner through the national wellness institute. She firmly believes that everyone is entitled to a good quality of life, and therefore she enjoys bringing awareness to all determinants of health and educate how to maintain the body through exercise and play, and boost wellness literacy.

    Athena has experience in everything from rehab and performance to corporate wellness and health promotions, but her passion is prevention. She wants to afford individuals the opportunity and ability to live independently, be healthy, and be happy throughout their life.

    Athena is an Arizona native and has been active in both competitive and recreational sports. Hiking, swimming, and heavy lifting are some of her favorite activities.

    Jessie (Dallas)

    Jessie has worked in the health, fitness and wellness space since her college days at Texas Tech, where she earned her BS in Exercise and Sport Science. She also holds several fitness certifications, and has 8 years of coaching and training- including special experience with older adult, children, weight loss, and aquatic fitness! In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, go to concerts, and run.

    Kayla (Dallas)

    Kayla Bonina is a personal trainer located in Addison, TX. She has been a personal trainer for 12 years and a Master Trainer for 5. She was a college athlete and got her start in fitness when she had an injury that caused her gain close to 100 pounds. Fitness helped bring her mental and physical health back, and since then, her passion has been to help others with their goals. She also teaches group classes, and was Beachbody LIVE Master Trainer of the year in 2019. She has ran 2 marathons, and 13 half marathons.

    Outside of fitness Kayla is an actress and has done a docu series, local theater, and a few commercials. She is a trained Dancer and choreographer and even teaches heels fitness classes. She also enjoys Dallas Cowboys Games, Disney, Travel, and spending time with friends and family. Kayla is very passionate caring and will help you get to your health and fitness goals.

    Michelle (Dallas)

    As a teenager, Michelle played basketball and volleyball and was very active in general. Now Michelle is a mom of two girls ages 19 and 14 and a young grandmother to a sweet little boy. She has been certified as a personal trainer since 2018, but her love for spinning and strength training started back in 2009. She has helped many clients from ages 14 all the way up to 74, with and without injuries, as well as controlled diabetics and non-controlled diabetics. Along with learning how to train around her own injuries, she has helped and trained people with frozen shoulders, spondylosis, tendonitis, arthritis, migraines, and lower back pain to list a few.

    Sahar (Dallas)

    ahar began developing her passion for fitness and exercise science at the age of 14 when she first began lifting weights and found her love for physique improvement and health. She graduated with her M.S. in Exercise Physiology from UT Austin in 2022, following earning her B.S. in Exercise Science also from UT Austin in 2020. She is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and specializes in strength and conditioning for combat sports (primarily MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai). She also specializes in female hormone physiology and programs exercise in accordance with the menstrual cycle for premenopausal women. Sahar loves working with clients of all ages and ability levels and incorporates her experience as a physical therapy technician with regards to pre-habilitation and injury prevention.

    Sherrie (Dallas)

    Sherrie is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist kickboxing instructor and yoga enthusiast. She has a passion for fitness/nutrition and a love for helping my clients achieve their goals.

    Sherrie personally struggled with her weight and fitness goals for most of her life and was able to find a life changing transformation formula! She now focuses on helping others make those changes.

    Her training style focuses on a balanced, sustainable approach, incorporating core stability and functional strength training. Sherrie believes that anyone can enjoy working out, with a little help to find what they like. In my free time, Sherrie enjoys spending time with her family, summer days on the boat and anything sports related.

    Alex (Dallas)

    Alex is a dynamic and passionate personal trainer dedicated to helping you unlock your full fitness potential. Drawing inspiration from diverse fitness disciplines, she crafts engaging routines that promote strength, flexibility, endurance, and weight loss. With a fresh perspective, she infuses each session with energy and innovation, designing HIIT (high intensity interval training) routines that push boundaries and torch calories.

    Outside of fitness, Alex has enjoyed a successful career as a fashion/commercial model and currently works as an instructor in a modeling school. She also has a master’s degree in international business and spent 20 years working in marketing functions all over the world.

    Stephanie (Miami)

    Stephanie has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She has a master’s in exercise physiology in which she specialized in both cardiac rehab and strength and conditioning, and she is also an NCSF certified personal trainer and RYT200 yoga instructor. She is passionate about helping people find the movements and activities that they not only enjoy but also allow them to move as pain free as possible toward their fitness goals, whether it is strength, weight loss, endurance or a combination. She has worked with teens all the way up the age spectrum to nonagenarians, taking into account each individual’s needs, goals, and limitations.

    Jessica (Miami)

    A mom of 4 beautiful girls, originally from Queens, New York. Jessica got her start when she purchased a Barre franchise from Los Angeles CA in 2014. She received her certification as a Barre instructor/ Personal Trainer and Pilates certification. Her training ranges from strength, HIIT, pilates, and sculpt. Fitness is her passion. However, the ability to help others achieve their fitness goals, or guide them in their journey to self-confidence is what drives Jessica to inspire and continue her role as a Mobile Trainer. Jessica’s view on your fitness journey involves consistency and perseverance which will help you achieve your desired end-result.

    Melanie (Austin)

    Melanie is a passionate and caring fitness professional helping people empower themselves through movement and healthy habits. Melanie has always been active, playing soccer since she was 5 years old, but discovered strength training during her college years. Lifting weights made her feel strong and in turn gave her so much confidence and belief in herself. After four years of learning and experimenting, she felt an undeniable call to share her knowledge and connect with people to positively change their life.

    Melanie is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer and has been positively impacting people’s lives to help them build strength, regain energy and confidence, move well, and feel the fittest they’ve ever been.     Hannah’s passion for health and fitness began when she first started weight training at the age of 16. She then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science in 2020. She is passionate about helping people of all ages achieve their fitness goals while incorporating knowledge she has garnered during undergrad and working alongside Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants. She has competed in NPC bikini as well as USAPL powerlifting. Outside of fitness Hannah is also an artist, plant person, a concert fanatic, book lover, and coffee connoisseur.

    With over 11+ years of professional training experience, Candice has worked with large groups of clients with a diverse range of needs and skill levels. She has a competitive background in Basketball, Sand Volleyball, Cross-Country Running, and Track and Field; she focuses on injury prevention techniques and developing speed, strength and agility using plyometric training with a technical, patient and energetic approach to exercise training.
