Then, they’ll return two to three times a week for vigorous sessions that move you ever-closer to your goals. You can expect the program to be challenging but realistic; our trainers can work around existing injuries and preferences to ensure each workout is safe and enjoyable.
In fact, virtually all aspects of our program are customizable. You can choose your trainer, add an optional nutrition program for individualized dietary recommendations, and work out solo or with a partner for couples’ sessions. If you’re worried about space, fear not: all we need is a 10’ x 10’ area to work out, or a safe outdoor setting on your property.
